Upgrade your home’s exterior with premium soffit and fascia solutions!
At AD Contracting, we take pride in delivering top-tier exterior home improvements that combine weather protection with modern curb appeal. For this project at 12 Sharrowbay Court in Scarborough, we completely transformed a worn front porch overhang and balcony area into a sleek, durable, and sophisticated architectural focal point.
We replaced the outdated, weathered wooden elements with high-end, maintenance-free materials. The ceiling was upgraded using Aluzion plain soffit panels, offering a rich wood-grain finish that adds warmth to the entryway. To frame the balcony deck cleanly and create a bold contrast, we wrapped the exterior fascia in modern black. Modern post supports and clean aluminum railings completed the upgrade, giving this Scarborough home a striking, contemporary face-lift designed to withstand the elements for years to come.
Project Scope: Installation of new porch ceiling soffit, fascia wrapping, and exterior balcony trim upgrades.
Material: Aluzion Plain Soffit & Aluminum Fascia.
Color: Makore (Soffit) & Black (Fascia).
