Roof Capping, Down Pipes & Window Capping Installation in Woodbridge

A clean exterior finishing upgrade that brought together custom roof capping, down pipes and window capping for a polished, well-coordinated look.

This project focused on completing key exterior finishing details with new roof capping, down pipes and window capping. The work helped refine the overall appearance of the home while adding durable protection to important roofline and window areas.

The roof capping was installed along the flat roof and covered patio sections to create crisp, finished edges and a cleaner overall profile. New down pipes were integrated to support proper water drainage while visually tying into the darker exterior accents around the rear elevation.

Window capping completed the finishing package by giving the openings a more defined, consistent look that works well with the surrounding brick, wood and patio features. Together, these upgrades created a neat, low-maintenance exterior finish that improves both appearance and long-term performance.
