A sleek exterior overhaul featuring black aluminum soffits, fascia capping, and seamless gutters across rooflines, patio ceilings, and skylight cutouts.
AD Contracting completed an exterior roofline and patio canopy update for this multi-level brick residence. The project centered on replacing old, worn soffit and fascia with high-contrast black aluminum components, modernizing the home’s aesthetic while providing long-lasting weather protection.
Our team installed continuous vented black soffit along all major overhangs, full patio ceilings, and integrated skylight openings. We capped the fascia boards, fitted custom column wraps, and installed seamless black aluminum eavestroughs with matching downspouts to ensure efficient roof drainage and prevent water intrusion.
Material: Vented black aluminum soffit panels, heavy-gauge black fascia capping, seamless black aluminum eavestroughs, heavy-duty aluminum downspouts, and custom-bent trim coil.
Project Scope: Site preparation and tear-off, roofline and porch ceiling soffit and fascia installation, skylight opening trim package, custom porch column capping, and complete eavestrough gutter and downspouts system fitting.
