AD Contracting completed a comprehensive exterior makeover for this residential property, boosting curb appeal and structural weatherproofing. The project centered around replacing aged gable siding with rich Covera vertical siding panels, paired with high-contrast black aluminum accents along the roofline, porch entrance, and garage door frame.
Our installation team stripped back the existing exterior, installed high-efficiency insulation board with furring strips to ensure optimal ventilation and moisture resistance, and mounted the Covera siding to a seamless finish. We completed the exterior trim package by wrapping fascia boards, fitting custom garage door capping, installing perforated soffit panels for continuous attic ventilation, and attaching precision-fitted gutters equipped with leaf guards to keep drainage clear year-round.
