Complete Exterior Finishing with Siding, Soffit, Fascia & Eaves in East York

A full exterior upgrade that brought together clean siding lines, black aluminum details and a polished roof edge for a sharp, modern finish.

This project involved a complete exterior finishing package that included new eaves, down pipes,  soffit and fascia, siding and flat roof capping. The goal was to create a cohesive exterior system that would improve both the appearance and long-term protection of the home.

The newly finished siding gives the rear and side elevation a clean, streamlined look, while the black soffit, fascia and eaves add strong contrast against the lighter wall finish. Matching down pipes and roof edge details help tie the entire exterior together, creating a modern appearance with crisp, consistent lines.

Attention was given to how each component worked together across the roofline and wall sections, including transitions around the dormer and upper roof areas. The completed result delivers a neat, coordinated exterior that not only looks refined, but also provides durable, low-maintenance protection against the elements.
