A durable black soffit upgrade that gives the commercial plaza a cleaner, more coordinated exterior.
This project involved installing new black soffit panels beneath the storefront overhangs of a multi-unit commercial plaza. The new soffits were selected to create a cleaner and more finished appearance while matching the property’s dark signage, window frames and exterior trim.
The ribbed panel profile adds subtle texture and helps create a consistent visual line across the row of commercial units. As shown throughout the project, the black finish works especially well against the red brick facade, giving the plaza a more modern and well-maintained look.
Each section was carefully fitted around recessed lighting, corners and structural details to ensure a neat final result. The completed installation not only improves the appearance of the building, but also provides a durable, low-maintenance soffit system suited for long-term commercial use.
